Chemed Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of 12 Cents

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 2004--Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share on its capital stock, payable on December 10, 2004, to stockholders of record on November 22, 2004. This represents the 134th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 33 years as a public company.
