Services Company subsidiary has acquired the Roto-Rooter franchise
covering Dayton, Ohio, and the surrounding counties including Ross,
Miami, Auglaize, Brown, Champaign, Clinton, Darke, Fayette, Greene,
Highland, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Putnam counties, as well as the
city of Lima, all in the state of Ohio. This territory represents a
population of approximately 1.4 million with an annual revenue of
approximately $10 million. The sale is effective November 19, 2008, and
terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
