Services Company subsidiary has acquired the Roto-Rooter franchise
covering Colorado Springs, Colorado, and the surrounding counties
including El Paso, Teller and a portion of Douglas County. These
counties represent a population of approximately 670,000. The sale is
effective November 8, 2008, and terms of the transaction were not
disclosed.
