Patrick P. Grace, 54, is President of MLP Capital Inc., co-managing partner of several real estate and mining interests in the southeastern United States, and has held that position since March 1996. From January 2002 to August 2002, he was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Kingdom Group LLC, New York, New York, a provider of turnkey compressed natural gas fueling systems, which filed for bankruptcy in November 2002. Previously, he was President of Kingdom Group from December 2000 to January 2002, and he was Executive Vice President from August 1999 to December 2000. From December 1997 to January 31, 1999, Mr. Grace was also Chief Operating and Financial Officer of C3 Communications Inc., San Francisco, California, a unit of Level 3 Communications (interactive marketing). |
